If you give me personal information, I will keep it totally private. I will neither share it with another individual or business or sell it. My site doesn't even use cookies. I respect your privacy AND your right to have nothing added to your computer or changed in your computer just because you visit my site. I am against all intrusive practices.
Terms of Use
You may freely view my web site and use its forms to communicate with me. You may not copy either my text or my images, as all content is copyright protected. You may request the use of images or text by writing to me at emersonstudios1@juno.com
Commissions
I do not sell the dolls appearing on this site, but where indicated, you may commission me to make a similar doll for you. Dolls take time to make, usually a month or better, depending on details and complexity. But I do require a downpayment for any commission ordered. The downpayment may be made by either personal check, bank draft or money order and amounts to ½ the agreed upon price for the doll. If you decide to cancel the commission, your downpayment is returned in full. The balance is due, with shipping fees, after you are informed of the doll's completion. Linking/Advertising
You may link to my site, but not directly to my images. Ideally, your link should point to my home page (http://artdolls.emersonart.com), but I won't complain should you link to a sub-page. Please contact me about links BEFORE placing them on your site. I am willing to place a link from my site to yours, if I consider it mutually beneficial to do so. I will not link to adult sites of any kind, nor do I want them linking to me.
